Method

In a food processor, pulse corn kernels until coarsely ground.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
Mix in the ground corn, salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cornmeal until well incorporated.
Spoon mixture into corn husks and wrap securely.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
