Soft and fluffy buns filled with sweet red bean paste, perfect for an addition to dinner, or a snack be it in the middle of the day or late at night!
Method
120 min prep ยท 20 min cook
Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and vegetable oil. Add yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
Cover dough with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide dough into small pieces and flatten each piece. Fill with a spoonful of red bean paste and shape into buns.
Place buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
