Delicious vegan sausage rolls, perfect for snacks or light meals, featuring flaky pastry wrapped around savory, spiced meat substitute.
Method
Tested in our kitchen
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a bowl, mix the vegan mince, onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and flaxseed egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Place a portion of the filling on each, roll up tightly, and seal the edges.
Brush with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cut small slits on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
