- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, ensuring the core keeps the slices intact.
- Brush each side of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Flip, then roast for another 15 minutes or until tender and edges are golden brown.
