Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and cooled arborio rice
  • 1 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, for coating
  • Vegetable oil for frying
