Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 deseeded minced scotch bonnet pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt & Pepper
- Vegetable Oil (For Frying)
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix lentils, quinoa, Scotch bonnet, garlic, onion, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
