Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
Steps:
- Press and cube tofu, then coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry tofu until golden and crispy.
- Remove tofu and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and pineapple, stir-frying for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ketchup in a bowl.
- Cook everything together for 5 minutes, stirring until sauce is thickened and everything is well-coated.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
