    Recipe Description

A unique vegan version of the traditional Tanzanian Zanzibar Pizza, filled with a rich and tasty mix of vegetables and vegan cheese.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of vegan cheese shreds
    • 2 cups of spinach, chopped
    • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 bell pepper, diced
    • 1 tomato, diced
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

    Steps:

    1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
    2. Roll out the pizza doughs on a floured surface.
    3. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and spinach and sauté until soft. Stir in the curry powder, salt, and pepper.
    4. Divide the sautéed vegetables onto each pizza dough, leaving room at the edges. Top with diced tomatoes and vegan cheese.
    5. Carefully fold over the dough to enclose the fillings, pressing the edges to seal.
    6. Serve hot and enjoy.
