Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Steps:

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
