- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
