  • 1 package vegan puff pastry
  • 3 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Plant-based milk for brushing

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Cut puff pastry into squares, place apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold diagonally to form triangles.
  4. Seal edges and brush with plant-based milk.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
