  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Plant-based milk for brushing

Steps:

  3. Cut puff pastry into squares, place apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold diagonally to form triangles.
