- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Plant-based milk for brushing
Steps:

- Cut puff pastry into squares, place apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold diagonally to form triangles.
- Seal edges and brush with plant-based milk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
