Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
