Recipe Description
A quick and easy vegan lo mien, featuring tender noodles tossed with colorful vegetables and a rich, savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Spring onions, for garnish
Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, carrot, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry until just tender.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar to the pan. Toss well to combine.
- Serve garnished with spring onions and sesame seeds.
