    A fresh and colorful salad featuring juicy tomatoes, creamy vegan mozzarella, and fragrant basil, finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

    Ingredients

    • 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
    • 8 oz vegan mozzarella, sliced
    • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. Arrange slices of tomato and vegan mozzarella alternately on a plate, slightly overlapping.
    2. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
    3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
    4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    5. Serve immediately.
