- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup hot water
- For frosting: 1 cup vegan chocolate chips, 1/2 cup almond milk
