Recipe Description
Deliciously moist and perfectly sweet vegan chocolate chip cupcakes, topped with a smooth chocolate frosting. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the oil, vanilla extract, water, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Allow to cool before serving.
