Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Drain and press tofu to remove excess water.
- Slice tofu into 1/2-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate tofu steaks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes.
