    This delightful vegan version of the traditional Native American frybread is light, fluffy, and perfect for any occasion. Made with simple plant-based ingredients, this versatile bread can be served as a snack or part of a main meal.     Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup warm water
    • Vegetable oil for frying

    Steps:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
    2. Add warm water and stir until the dough comes together.
    3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
    4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, then flatten into discs.
