Vegan Karask is a delightful spin on the traditional Estonian barley bread. Ingredients
- 2 cups barley flour
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine soy milk, maple syrup, oil, and apple cider vinegar in another bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
