Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and elastic, then let rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add carrots, lentils, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

- Fry each Khuushuur in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
