Recipe Description
Small, spiced Dutch cookies that are traditionally eaten during the holiday season, made vegan.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 4 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp speculaas spice mix
- Pinch of salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the vegan butter and plant milk to form a dough.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack.
