Recipe Description

Small, spiced Dutch cookies that are traditionally eaten during the holiday season, made vegan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 4 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp speculaas spice mix
  • Pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the vegan butter and plant milk to form a dough.
  3. Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack.
