  • 200g tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice for serving

Steps:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
