    Recipe Description

    A light and nutritious spinach dish made vegan, cooked with flavorful herbs and spices, complemented by creamy garlic tofu. A perfect spring meal that’s both satisfying and healthful.

    Ingredients

    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 200g tofu, pressed and crumbled
    • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon juice for serving

    Steps:

    1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
    2. Add the crumbled tofu, paprika, and nutritional yeast, cooking for a few minutes until the tofu is lightly browned.
    3. Stir in the chopped spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the spinach has wilted.
    4. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
