Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
Steps:
