    Ingredients

    • 14 oz firm tofu
    • 1/2 cup cashews
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp chickpea flour
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 1 onion
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Steps:

    1. Press tofu for 30 minutes and cut into cubes.
    2. Blend cashews, lemon juice, spices, and water to make vegan yogurt.
    3. Marinate tofu cubes in the yogurt mix for at least 30 minutes.
    4. Thread tofu, diced bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
    5. Brush skewers with oil and grill until charred.
