Ingredients
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
Steps:
- Heat vegan butter in a large pan.
- Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and sauté until onions are translucent.
