- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 cups diced sweet potatoes
- 2 cups chopped kale
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:

- Add the cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper, stirring until fragrant.

- Add the kale, cooking until wilted, and season with salt and pepper.
