- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the water, plant milk, and olive oil, and stir until a smooth batter is formed.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of salt naar water to a boil.
- Press the batter through a spaetzle maker or a large holed sieve or colander into the boiling water.
- Toss the spaetzia with a bit of olive oil or vegan butter and serve warm.
