Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g mushrooms, chopped
  • 100g walnuts, crushed
  • 800g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Steps:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and walnuts, cook until mushrooms are soft.
