    Recipe Description

    A hearty and comforting classic British dish made vegan, featuring succulent vegan sausages encased in a fluffy and crisp Yorkshire pudding batter, perfect for cozy nights in.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup chickpea flour
    • 1 1/4 cups plant milk
    • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 4 vegan sausages
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Steps:

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    2. Whisk together chickpea flour, plant milk, nutritional yeast, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
    3. Place sausages and vegetable oil in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
    4. Pour the batter over the sausages and bake for 30 minutes, or until risen and golden.
    5. Serve hot.
