Ingredients
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
