Recipe Description

Indulge in a rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake that’s completely vegan. A decadent dessert that marries the luxuriousness of chocolate with the creamy texture of cheesecake, all without any animal products.

Ingredients

  • 200g vegan digestive biscuits
  • 100g vegan butter, melted
  • 300g silk tofu
  • 200g vegan cream cheese
  • 150g dark chocolate, melted
  • 100ml coconut cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted vegan butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Blend silk tofu, vegan cream cheese, coconut cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the melted dark chocolate.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake at 160°C for 60 minutes or until set.
