Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
