Ingredients
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1 block silken tofu, cubed
- 1 cup seaweed, chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
Steps:
- Heat the vegetable broth in a large pot over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a little hot broth to thin it out, then add the mixture back to the pot.
- Add the seaweed, garlic, and ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the tofu and scallions, and cook gently for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
