- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-2 red chilies, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
- fresh cilantro, for garnish
Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, carrot, and cherry tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, and minced garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Add the sliced chilies and crushed peanuts, and toss again.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
