    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 chopped red onion
    • 2 minced garlic cloves
    • 1 chopped ají pepper
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes
    • 4 cups vegetable broth

    • Salt and pepper to taste
