    This Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry combines the robust flavors of earthy mushrooms and fresh broccoli in a sizzling Asian-inspired sauce. Quick and easy to prepare, it’s perfect for a nutritious weeknight dinner or as a vibrant dish for social gatherings. The stir-fry technique used enhances the natural flavors, ensuring a delightfully crunchy texture of broccoli and silky smoothness of mushrooms, all while maintaining maximum nutritional value.

    Ingredients

    • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
    • 200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
    3. Add the broccoli, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 7-8 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
    4. Stir in soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
    5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
