Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
