Ingredients
- 1 cup fine yellow cornmeal
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal with 2 cups of water until smooth.
- Bring the remaining 2 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
