- 1/2 cup tofu, firm, pressed and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
