Ingredients

  • 1 cup vital wheat gluten
  • 1/2 cup tofu, firm, pressed and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, crumbled tofu, soy sauce, spices, and garlic.
  2. Gradually add vegetable broth, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a sausage.
