Ingredients
- 2 cups fine bulgur
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Green onions, chopped
