Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak)
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Steps:
- Crumble the tofu into a bowl to resemble egg whites.
