Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked papica until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in chopped pimentos and jalapenos.
