Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1/2 cup pimentos, drained and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- In a high-speed blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked papica until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in chopped pimentos and jalapenos.
