    Recipe Description

    A hearty and flavorful dish featuring rich broth, noodles, and an array of toppings like mushrooms, corn, and scallions.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups water
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp miso paste
    • 200g ramen noodles
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup corn
    • 2 scallions, chopped
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp ginger, minced

    Steps:

    1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
    2. Add the vegetable broth, water, soy sauce, and miso paste, stirring until well combined. Bring to a simmer.
    3. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
    4. In a separate pan, sauté the mushrooms until tender.
    5. Divide the cooked noodles into bowls, top with broth, sautéed mushrooms, corn, and scallions. Serve hot.
