    Crispy and delightful, these Classic Vegan Tostadas are a perfect quick meal. Topped with a vibrant mix of black beans, corn, fresh tomatoes, and avocado, each bite offers a burst of flavor, complemented by the subtle heat of jalapeños and the creaminess of vegan sour cream.

    Ingredients

    • 4 tostada shells
    • 1 cup black beans, cooked
    • 1 avocado, sliced
    • 1 tomato, diced
    • 1/4 cup corn
    • 1 jalapeño, sliced
    • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
    • cilantro for garnish

    Steps:

    1. Prepare toppings: dice tomatoes, slice avocado, chop red onions, slice jalapeño.
    2. Assemble tostadas: spread black beans on each shell, top with corn, tomatoes, onions, avocado slices, and jalapeños.
    3. Drizzle with lime juice and vegan sour cream.
    4. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
