Ingredients

  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
  • cilantro for garnish
