- 1 large yuca root
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the yuca root and cut it into fries-sized sticks.
- Boil the yuca fries for about 10 minutes until slightly tender but not fully cooked.
- Drain the yuca fries and pat them dry with a towel.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and any additional seasonings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
