- 1/2 cup minced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup crumbled firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 pack of dumpling wrappers (ensure vegan friendly)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, scallions, and tofu.
- Season the mixture with soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger, then stir well to combine.
- Take a dumpling wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal, ensuring no air is trapped inside.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
