  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Combine jalapenos, garlic, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes until peppers are soft.
  3. Blend until smooth, then strain. Salt to taste.
