Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Water as needed
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
