Ingredients

  • 200g lo mein noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Spring onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Steps:

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, carrot, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry until just tender.
  3. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar to the pan. Toss well to combine.
