    Recipe Description

    Crispy nachos topped with spicy lentils, fresh veggies, and a creamy vegan cheese sauce make the perfect game night treat.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup cooked lentils
    • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
    • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup diced red onions
    • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
    • 1 avocado, diced
    • 1/2 cup vegan cheese sauce
    • Cilantro for garnish
    • Jalapenos for topping

    Steps:

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
    3. Mix cooked lentils with taco seasoning and spread over chips.
    4. Top with tomatoes, onions, black olives, and drizzle with vegan cheese sauce.
    5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the chips are crispy and toppings are heated through.
